Cowboys and 49ers fans pummel each other in wild playoff brawl

Looks like bottles weren’t the only things thrown after the Cowboys lost to the 49ers in Sunday’s Wild Card matchup.

Fans of both franchises appeared to get into an all-out brawl after the game ended, according to videos that have since surfaced online. Dallas fans threw haymakers and kicks that were reciprocated by presumed 49ers fans. The fighters even fell into a flowerbed outside AT&T Stadium as the rumble continued.

The dozen or so members of the dog pile were pulled apart by law enforcement officers after the apparent cries for help under the heap were heard. As the video continues, some of those involved in the chaos are seen running away from the scene.

It’s unclear whether any arrests were made as a result of the incident.

Sunday was a devastating day for the Cowboys fanbase, and the melee was not the only incident that occurred following the 49ers’ 23-17 victory.

After the game, fans pelted referees with bottles and other debris and were later praised for doing so by Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. Meanwhile, another could not handle the loss and shot his television with a pistol after the game’s conclusion.
